Jay leverages the leadership, marketing, and business skills he developed as an executive with General Mills to help his clients accomplish THEIR financial goals. He partnered in the management of his own portfolios, working with Bob Schneeweis first as a client for 25 years, and since 2015 as a team member.

- Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive with General Mills, where he gained valuable experience in leading teams and delivering challenging results across diverse customers in complex business environments including conventional grocery, foodservice and convenience channels, and the Natural Food and organic food channel. He also had the pleasure of leading one of General Mills most venerable brands, Wheaties, and was instrumental in signing Tiger Woods as Wheaties “Champion” and many others to the Wheaties Box.
