Having led independent investment firms for over 25 years, Bob develops and manages investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and small businesses. He leverages his knowledge and experience in portfolio development to creating wealth building portfolios for newer investors and integrates modern and institutional investment tools or values-based investing to help improve the portfolios of all of his clients.
A former Manager of Trust Operations at US Bank and Director of Planning and Financial Reporting for Norwest Corporation (now Wells Fargo). He practiced as a CPA for over 20 years and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics from St. John’s University.
Leading Yes Wealth Management’s investment strategy and risk management approaches, Tom has been long committed to developing public knowledge of advances in asset management as a founding editor of the Journal of Alternative Investments, and co-founder of the “Certified Alternative Investment Analyst” designation.
Internationally known throughout the investment management industry, Tom has published three books and numerous articles on the topics of asset allocation, risk management, and the role of alternative assets. He’s a previous Michael and Cheryl Philipp professor of Finance at the School of Management and Director of the Center of International Securities and Derivatives Markets at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
He is author of The New Science of Asset Allocation: Risk Management in a Multi-Asset World.
Jay joined the Yes Wealth team after retiring from a successful career as a Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive with General Mills working across a wide variety of business channels and geographies. Jay brings a strong business discipline to client advising and creativity in business reporting and client communications. He has partnered in the management of his portfolios, working with Bob Schneeweis for nearly 25 years.
He earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
Working closely with clients to improve their financial health and understanding, Sarah is Yes Wealth Management’s Director of Business Development as well as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative of the firm. Sarah is a frequent speaker on financial literacy of women and has a passion for combining personal values and investing.
As a Registered Dietician, her background in helping individuals and families develop goals and implement change is unique and a wonderful resource to our clients in planning for their future. She holds a Master’s of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor’s from the College of St. Benedict.
Continually involved in monitoring how Yes Wealth Management communicates to our clients, Bob researches and implements improvements to adapt in reporting and client access. Bob also ensures that Yes Wealth addresses regulatory compliance of our systems, technical safeguards and communication with our clients and the public.
With experience in management, administration, and development of non-profit programs in Minneapolis, he’s created and built school programs surrounding gang intervention and positive climate initiatives. Alongside a variety of community involvements, he possesses a Master’s from Oakland University, and a Bachelor’s from St. John’s University.
Supporting Yes Wealth Management’s mission and values, Jane’s extensive experience as a facilitator guides the overall provision of services and policies. Promoting the advancements of skills, experience, and ability through learning opportunities for the entire organization, she effectively contributes to our clients and community.
Holding a Bachelor’s in Education from the College of St. Benedict, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University, she provides accurate and creative intervention services that impact improvements in performance and culture.
The vital link between Yes Wealth Management and our clients, Jeanne provides administrative support for our clients and staff. Operating the entire office through scheduling, documentation, and upkeep of client records and portfolios, she’s committed to advancing amicable relationships.
A Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of St. Thomas, she’s acquired extensive experience in administrative support within the financial services industry.
